Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases related to FutureTech Expo are subject to this refund and cancellation policy. By registering or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
• Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and timing.
• Administrative and processing fees may apply where applicable.

2. Delegate Pass Cancellation

• Delegate passes are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
• In limited cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed before a defined cut-off date.
• Transfer of delegate passes may be allowed upon request and approval.

3. Partnership & Sponsorship

• Partnership and sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Reserved categories and branding rights are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
• In exceptional situations, credits or adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

• FutureTech Expo reserves the right to modify event dates, format, or agenda.
• If the event is postponed, registrations will remain valid for the new date.
• If the event is cancelled, refund or credit decisions will be communicated accordingly.

5. Refund Requests

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
