FutureTech Expo – Terms & Conditions

1. Event Registration

• Registration is mandatory to attend FutureTech Expo.

• Each participant must provide accurate personal details.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organisers.

2. Ticket Types & Access

• Tickets are valid only for the event date and mode specified (Online / Virtual).

• Access links or login credentials will be shared via email / WhatsApp prior to the event.

• Participants must not share access links with anyone else.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

• Tickets are non-refundable, except if the organisers cancel or reschedule the event.

• In case of event rescheduling, participants will receive updated access details or a credit for future events.

4. Event Content & Intellectual Property

• All event content (presentations, recordings, materials) is property of Ramsha Global.

• Participants may not record, copy, or distribute content without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully during the event.

• Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in revoked access without refund.

6. Liability

• The organisers are not responsible for technical issues caused by participants’ devices, internet connection, or software.

• The organisers are not liable for personal loss, injury, or financial loss related to participation in the event.

7. Privacy

• Participant information will be used only for event-related communication.

• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Event & T&Cs

• The organisers reserve the right to modify event details or Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Participants will be notified of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.

• Any disputes will be addressed within the jurisdiction of the organisers’ registered office.
